Glute Kickback Machine

1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.
2) Lean forward on the pad and grab the handles. Plant your right foot on the floor - the bottom pad should be resting on your shin.
3) Lift your left leg up and rest it on the platform behind.
1) Press into your left heel and push the platform away from you.
2) Pause at the top and slowly bring your leg back to the starting position.
