Standing Barbell Shrug

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight.
2) Grab the barbell with an overhand grip - hands shoulder width apart. It should be resting near your hips.
Perform instructions
1) Lift your shoulders upwards.
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
