Setup instructions

1) Load the belt squat machine with the appropriate weight

2) Install two handle attachments in the appropriate place

3) Hold the handles & stand with feet approximately hip width apart

Perform instructions

1) Slowly hinge from the hips. Keep the chest proud, core tight back flat and head/neck neutral.

2) Push the hips back and ensure the knees stay vertical above the heels.

3) Press into the heels and drive back to the starting position, squeeze the glutes at the end of the movement.

4) Repeat for required reps.
