Cable Lying Hip External Rotation

1) Start with a low anchor point on the right side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the strap attached to the end.
2) Lie on the floor and place your right foot through the strap. Lift your heel up towards the ceiling. You're aiming for a straight line between the anchor, foot and calf.
1) Keep the knee bent and externally rotate your leg outwards.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.
