Quantum Trainer Standing Split Stance Single Arm Pronated Grip Row

Setup instructions
1) Add the pronated handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms
2) Stand in a split stance next to the handle. The non working side leg is forward.
The working side leg is back
3) Grab the handle with an overhand grip. Hinge forward from the hip so the back is almost parallel with the floor.
4) Let the hand hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulder.
Ensure back & neck are straight.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the weight towards the side of the waist.
Squeeze the elbows back/down & the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause & squeeze at end of range then slowly bring your arm back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
