Pilates Ring Leg Lift (Inner)

Setup instructions

1) Stand the pilates ring on the floor upright.

2) Lie lengthwise so your legs reach the ring. Place one leg on top of the ring and the other through the middle.

Perform instructions

1) Bring the lower leg up to meet the leg resting on top.

2) Pause for a second and lower it down to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
