Tennis Ball (Drop, Catch, Strike)

1) Extend your right arm in front of you (about shoulder height). Hold the ball with an overhand grip, keep your knees soft and twist your trunk slightly to the right.
1) Drop the ball.
2) Catch it with an overhand grip on the left side. This should resemble a 'punch'.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
