Setup instructions
1) Find a wall and stand close to it with your right side. Bend your elbow so your forearm is resting on the wall, keep your right leg near and turn your left foot out.
Perform instructions
1) Push your right arm into the wall and open your body out - keep your legs stationary.
2) Pause at the endpoint. Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
