Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the bar behind your back.

Perform instructions

1) Curl your wrist up towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower until the starting position.

3) Repeat.
