Stability Ball Dumbbell Concentration Curl

Setup instructions
1) Place a stability ball on the bench.
2) Stand on the left side of the ball - lean forward and rest your left tricep on it. Keep the back flat, core tight and head neutral.
3) Grab the dumbbell with your palm facing up (underhand grip).
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift the dumbbell towards your shoulder.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, gently lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
