Quantum Trainer Half Kneeling Single Arm Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown with Handle

Setup instructions

1) Attach the Handle to the Quantum Trainer Arm.

2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of arms and Half kneel in front of it.
The 'kneeling' knee is on the working side.

3) Grab the handle with a neutral (palm in) grip & extend the arm.

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core & draw the handle towards the hip.

2) Pull the elbow down, imagining you are putting the shoulder blade in your back pocket.

3) Stop when your elbow reaches end of range, pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start position

4) Repeat for required reps then change the kneeling knee & repeat on the other side.
