Quantum Trainer Rear Facing Shoulder Shrugs Neutral Grip

Setup instructions
1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Set the arms around thigh height and stand in beween them facing AWAY from the Quantum Trainer
3) Grab the handles with a neutral grip & allow the hands to hang outside of the legs.
Perform instructions
1) Holding the handles firmly lift your shoulders upwards towards the ears.
2) Pause at end of range squeezing the traps then slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
