Stability Ball Back Stretch (Fold)

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.

2) Hold the stability ball in front of your body.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs straight and hinge forward from the hips towards the floor. The stability ball should be resting in between your arms and legs.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
