Quantum Trainer Bent Over Row With Rope Attachment

Setup instructions

1) Use one arm of the Quantum Trainer.
Add the eyelet with the Rope attachment.
Add the appropriate weight plates

2) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
Hinge forward from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.

3) Grab the Rope with both hands and let it hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulders.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the rope into your body and squeeze the elbows & shoulder blades together.

2) Pause at end of range and squeeze, then bring your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps.
