Quantum Trainer Front Foot Elevated Split Squat

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Handles to the arms of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arms are set low enough to allow a deep squat.
Place a step box below the handles
2) Hold the handles with a neutral grip hanging by your sides.
3) Standing between the handles on the step box take a long stride back, the heel on the back foot is raised. Front foot stays totally planted on the box.
Perform instructions
1) Bend both knees so your front knee tracks forward over the toes and your back knee is lowered to the ground. Keep front foot flat.
2) Press into your front heel and drive back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps on each side.
