Setup instructions

1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Place a bench between the arms & ensure the back of the bench is upright.

3) Set the arm height around upper chest height.

4) Grab the handles with a neutral grip & hold at upper chest height

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet pressing the back into the bench back then push the weights up so they end up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achieve this)

2) Slowly lower to around chin height.

3) Repeat for required reps.
