Quantum Trainer Neutral Grip Bent Over Row

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Grip handles to the Quantum Trainer
Add the appropriate weight plates
2) Stand tall between the handles with your chest up and core tight.
Hinge forward from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.
3) Grab the handles with a neutral grip (palms in) and let them hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the handles towards your body and squeeze the elbows back & shoulder blades together.
2) Pause at end of range and squeeze then bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
