Resistance Band High Face Curl (High Anchored)

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the resistance band to it.

2) Grab the band with both hands and take a few steps back (so you have some tension).

3) Lay on your back and lift your arms towards the ceiling (keep your triceps in place throughout the exercise).

Perform instructions

1) Bend your elbows and pull the band towards you.

2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the biceps. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
