Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Grip Handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms. Set the arms low to allow full range of movement
2) Stand next to the arm & grab one handle with a pronated grip.
3) Allow the arm to hang in front of the leg
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the arm relatively straight with just a slight softness in the elbow, lift the hand in front of you to shoulder height
2) Slowly lower back to the start position
3) Repeat for the required reps then change sides.
