Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be mid length.

2) Face the anchor sidewards - grab the handle with both hands and extend your arms out.

3) Lean slightly in the opposite direction (this is only a slight lean).

Perform instructions

1) Pull the handle towards your chest.

2) Pause at the endpoint. Now, slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
