Sphinx Push Up

1) Get in the plank position - start on all fours and extend your legs back behind you. Lower to your forearms - you should be in the low plank.
1) 'Push up' using your triceps (think as if you're pushing the ground away) until you're in a plank.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Now, slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position.
