Setup instructions

1) Attach the Close Parallel V Attachment to the Quantum Trainer Arm.

2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of arms and kneel in front of it.

3) Grab the handles with a neutral (palms in) grip & extend the arms.

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core & draw the attachment towards the hips.

2) Pull the elbows down imagining you are putting the shoulder blades in your back pockets.

3) Stop when your elbows reach end of range, pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start position

4) Repeat for required reps.
