Setup instructions

1) Add the neutral handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms

2) Stand in a split stance next to the handle. The non working side leg is forward.
The working side leg is back

3) Grab the handle with an neutral (palms in) grip. Hinge forward from the hip so the back is almost parallel with the floor.

4) Let the hand hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulder.
Ensure back & neck are straight.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the weight towards the side of the waist.
Squeeze the elbows back/down & the shoulder blades together.

2) Pause & squeeze at end of range then slowly bring your arm back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
