Quantum Trainer Seated Lateral Raise

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Grip Handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms. Set the arms low to allow full range of movement
2 Place a bench longways between the arms & sit between the handles.
3) Grab handles with a palms in/neutral grip and allow them to hang by your sides.
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the arms relatively straight with just a slight softness in the elbow, lift the hands to shoulder height
2) Slowly lower back to the start position
3) Repeat for the required reps.
