Setup instructions

1) Lay the foam roller horizontally on the floor and rest your lower back on it.

2) Plant your left foot on the ground and extend your right leg out. Clasp both hands together and extend your arms towards the ceiling.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly rotate your trunk to the left.

2) Pause at the bottom. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Switch legs so your right foot becomes planted and your left is extended along the floor.

4) Rotate your trunk to the right then return to the starting position.

5) Follow this pattern and repeat.
