Standing Single Arm Front Raise on Cable

Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.

2) Step over the anchor and face in the opposite direction (make sure you keep quite close). Hold the handle with an overhand grip (face the palm down).

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arm straight and lift the weight in front of you towards the ceiling.

2) Pause when you're at shoulder height then lower slowly back down to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
