Setup instructions

1) Use the landmine attachment to anchor a barbell on the floor - load your weight to the other side.

2) Get in a full kneeling position - keep both shins on the floor and widen your stance. Chest up - engage the core and glutes!

3) Grab the end of the bar with both hands and rest it in front of your chest.

Perform instructions

1) Push the bar away from you - pause and squeeze your chest together at the top.

2) Now, slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
