Stability Ball Shoulder Stretch (Side to Side)
- Stability Ball
1) Place the stability ball on the floor in front of you to your left.
2) Start on all fours - hands directly under your shoulders. Lift your left arm up and place it on top of the ball. Keep the back flat, head and neck neutral.
1) Move your arm outwards in an arc-like motion. The ball should be to your left and parallel to your chest.
2) Pause and feel the stretch. Now reverse the movement back to the starting position.
