Setup instructions

1) Place the ball on the floor in front of you.

2) Put your left hand on the ball and extend your legs out behind. The balls of your feet should have contact with the floor.

3) Start with the dumbbell on the floor to your right - directly under your shoulder.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the weight towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together - keep the elbow close to your ribs.

2) Pause for a second and bring your arm back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
