Lying Toe Tap

Setup instructions
1) Lay on your back, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards.
Perform instructions
1) Gently lift one leg towards the ceiling - keep the bend in the knee.
2) Pause for a second and lower it to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
Note: The foot could be hovering from the floor or 1 or 2 feet in the air.
