Quantum Trainer Standing Single Arm Lateral Raise

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Grip Handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms. Set the arms low to allow full range of movement
2) Stand next to the arm & grab the handle with a palm in/neutral grip.
3) Allow the arm to hang by your side.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core so the body stays straight & strong.
Keeping the arm relatively straight with just a slight softness in the elbow, lift the hand to shoulder height.
2) Slowly lower back to the start position
3) Repeat for the required reps then change sides
