Quantum Trainer Rear Foot Elevated Bulgarian Split Squat

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Handles to the arms of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arms are set low enough to allow a deep squat.
Place a bench behind to prop the toe/foot on
2) Hold the handles with a neutral grip hanging by your sides.
3) Standing between the handles place on foot on the bench behind. Front foot stays totally planted on the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Bend both knees so your back knee travels as close to the floor as your range allows. Keep front foot totally flat.
2) Press into your front heel and drive back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps on each side.
NB. You can adjust the length of your stance in order to place more emphasis on glutes or quads and to accomodate the comfort of your knees
