1) Sit upright on the foam roller and plant your feet on the floor (the knees should be pointing up).
1) Externally rotate both legs and keep your feet close together. Rest your forearms inside your thighs.
2) Gently lean forward and pry your legs outwards - you'll feel this in your inner thighs.
3) Hold until the end of the timer.
