Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.

2) Step your left foot on the band and grab the handle with your right hand.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arm straight and lift the band outwards until its parallel to the floor.

2) Pause for a second at the top. Now, lower back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
