Stability Ball Dumbbell Bicep Curl

1) Sit on the stability ball and plant the feet firmly on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Grab the dumbbells with palms facing up (underhand grip). Let them hang by your waist.
1) Slowly lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, gently lower to the starting position.
