1) Start by placing the foam roller horizontally on the floor and rest your upper back on it. Plant your feet firmly on the floor (knees should be pointing up).
2) Extend your arms in front and clasp both hands together.
1) Keep your arms extended and reach behind you - you'll feel this in your upper back.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
