Quantum Trainer Seated Wide Grip Behind the Neck Shoulder Press with Bar Attachment

Setup instructions

1) Place the Bar attachment on the Quantum Trainer
Place a bench under the bar to sit on.

2) Set the height around upper chest height when seated.

3) Sit on the bench then duck under the bar and place on the Traps.

4) Grab the bar with a wide overhand grip.

Perform instructions

1) Ensure the feet are planted then push the bar up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achieve this)

2) Bring the bar down slowly back behind the neck taking great care of your shoulder stability & range of motion.

3) Repeat for required reps.
