Superman Lift with Arm/Leg Raises on BOSU Dome

Setup instructions
1) Start by placing the BOSU dome side up.
2) Lay on the dome on your stomach. Fully extend your legs and arms in opposite directions. Only continue once you're comfortable and balanced.
Perform instructions
1) Raise your right arm and left leg upwards and in opposite directions - extend them both.
2) Hold and then lower to the starting position.
3) Raise the left leg and right arm upwards in opposite directions.
4) Continue the alternating movement for the required time.
