Resistance Band Dislocate (Behind)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat and core tight.
2) Start by holding the band behind your back - arms shoulder width apart.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the arms straight and pull the band outwards until its parallel to the floor.
2) Pause for a second at the top. Now, bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
