Setup instructions

1) Sit on the floor with the chest up and core tight. Plant both feet on the floor.

2) Clasp both hands behind your back.

Perform instructions

1) Gently pull your arms away from you. You'll feel a stretch in your shoulders.

2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
