Foam Roller Shoulder Circle

1) Place the foam roller lengthwise on the floor.
2) Lay on it with your back - it should be supporting your spine and neck. Place both hands either side, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor.
1) Create large circles with your arms. Keep your fingertips on the floor and slide your arms up in an arc-like motion. When your arms are extended behind your head, lift up and over your body and return to the starting position.
2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
