Setup instructions

1) Attach the Neutral Grip Handle to the Quantum Trainer Arm. Set the arm low enough to allow full range.

2) Place a bench in front of the arm. Sit & face away from the QT.

3) Grab the handle with one hand in a neutral (palm in) grip behind the head.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the upper arm close to the sides of the head and extend the arm squeezing the triceps as you reach full extension.

2) Slowly lower to the start position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides
