Quantum Trainer Neutral Grip Under Bar Pull Ups

Setup instructions
1) Attach the neutral grip handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) The height of the arms can be varied to adjust intensity. Lower will be harder.
3) Face the Trainer then grab the handles with a neutral (palms in) grip and place the feet forward to the base of the QT so you are laid back
4) Extend the arms so you are hanging below the handles with them positioned above the chest.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core so the spine is straight.
2) Pull with the back & arms and draw the chest up between the hands.
3) Squeeze the shoulders blades together when you reach end of range, then return slowly to the start position
4) Repeat for required reps.
