BOSU Dome Dumbbell Press

1) Start by placing the BOSU dome side up.
2) Lay on your back and plant the feet on the floor.
3) Grab the weights and keep them aligned with your chest. The elbows should be pointing down and the forearms should be vertical.
1) Slowly push the weights towards the ceiling - keep a slight bend in the elbows at the endpoint.
2) Pause for a second. Now, lower the weights back down to the starting position.
