Quantum Trainer Tricep Dips

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Grip Handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms. Set the arms just below chest height
2) Stand between the arms & grab with a palms in/neutral grip.
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the upper arms close to the ribs, push & extend the arms squeezing the triceps as you reach full arm extension.
2) Once your feet are off the floor you can bend the knees and cross the ankles to keep your bodyweight off the floor.
3) Slowly bend the elbows (upper arms close to the ribs) & lower until the elbows are NO higher than the shoulders
4) Repeat the process for the required reps.
