Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Place your right arm in front with the palm facing up. Grab your fingertips with your left hand and pull them towards the floor - you'll feel this in your forearm.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
