Setup instructions

1) Start by lying on your left side - place your right leg on top of your left.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the leg straight and slowly swing it in front. When you reach the endpoint, reverse the swing so your leg ends up behind you.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
