Setup instructions

1) Start in a full kneeling position and lift the ball out in front. Keep the chest up, back flat and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms parallel to the floor and make large anticlockwise circles with your shoulders.

2) Now, reverse the movement and make large clockwise circles with your shoulders.
