Setup instructions

1) Start by laying on your back with your knees and arms up.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your legs, come onto your tailbone and reach your arms towards your feet - use your abs to curl up. The endpoint should be a 'V'.

2) Pause for a second at the top. Now, gently lower yourself to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
