Suspension Strap Rollout (Knees Down)

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be a long length.

2) Kneel down directly under the anchor - place both shins on the floor and keep your upper body up. Grab the handles with an overhand grip.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms straight as you slowly lean forward - this will cause your arms to be lifted. You're aiming for a straight line between your extended arms, back and thighs.

2) Pause at the bottom. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
